13 Salon Policies:

1. We prioritize the privacy and experience of each client, so we request that you arrive alone for your appointment.

2. Please arrive with a fresh, makeup-free face. If excess dirt cannot be removed, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

3. All services are non-refundable. Please contact us within 48 hours if you encounter any issues.

14 Late Policy:

A $15 late fee will be charged after 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and the remaining balance will be charged.

15 Rescheduling/Cancellations/No Show Policy:

1. Kindly provide 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid fees. After 24 hours, rescheduling is not possible.

2. Cancelling or rescheduling less then 24 hours from the appointment will result in having to reschedule and pay the deposit again.

3. A "No-Show" will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services and a prohibition from future bookings.

$50 Travel fee, after 15 minutes from our base location there is additional $2 per minute
